The Office of Workforce Development provides information and tools to Ohio's workforce system. The office administers federal programs that create a comprehensive statewide workforce system of employment services; hiring support and tax credits; and labor market information to employers and workers. 

Ohio's Top Job List

Ohio's Top Jobs List is a customizable, online tool to help guide individuals on a career pathway to meet their individual needs and goals. The user-friendly dashboard can be sorted regionally and includes both Ohio In-Demand and Critical Jobs. 

Online Job Posting Reports

Ohio's Online Job Posting Reports are created with "real-time" online job ad information and are an auxiliary product of OhioMeansJobs. Reports are available for the State of Ohio and the six regions of the JobsOhio Network, and include: Snapshots of Job Ads, Internship Postings, and Occupations by Ad Demand.

Business Finder | CareerOneStop

The Business Finder can be used to locate businesses that may be hiring in your field. Search by business name, industry, occupation, and location.

Short- and long-term occupational forecasts are available for Ohio, the six regions of the JobsOhio Network, and the eight Metropolitan Statistical Areas.

The License Finder can be used to find information about licenses required for different occupations.

Comprehensive lists of Ohio's newly issued and active occupational licenses. 

County Occupational Estimates Reports

The Ohio County Estimates Reports show estimated employment counts for occupations by each Ohio county. The reports show: Education, work experience, and training usually needed; if the occupation is a STEM career; if the occupation is an Ohio Top Job.

Current Employment Statistics (CES) includes current and historical data on employment by industry, hours, and earnings for Ohio and 12 metropolitan areas. 

Quarterly Census of Employment and Wages

The Quarterly Census of Employment and Wages (QCEW) program, summarizes employment and wages covered by the Unemployment Compensation law. 

Occupational Employment and Wage Statistics

The Occupational Employment and Wage Statistics (OEWS) program, produces employment and wage estimates annually for nearly 800 occupations. These estimates are available for the state of Ohio, its metropolitan statistical areas (MSAs), and regions of the JobsOhio network.

The OhioHigherEd Data & Reports provide statistical data related to enrollments, student preparation and academic progress, degrees awarded, post graduation employment outcomes, tuition, financial aid, and costs and expenditures per student at Ohio's higher education institutions. 

Workforce Inventory of Education and Training (WIET)

Find Ohio's Eligible Training Providers using the Workforce Inventory of Education and Training (WIET) system. Under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), WIET was established to inform consumers of training services along with relevant performance and cost information.
